This partnership comes a few weeks before that of UMortgage Financial Literacy Weeka weeklong event offering free virtual financial education aimed at audiences of all ages.

The FinLocker-powered USafe app is another action taken to help UMortgage’s mission to help consumers achieve a financially stable future with homeownership as the anchor to build generational wealth. Through the USafe app, consumers will receive:

  • Personalized journeys to monitor and improve their credit health with TransUnion
  • Tools to manage their finances, set savings goals, forecast cash flow and budget to pay down debt and save for a down payment
  • Educational resources on how to manage credit and debit cards, pay for college, prepare for the mortgage process, and more.
